Setup & Installation

Foundation Requirements: Place on a level, stable surface capable of supporting 1,177 lbs when filled. Recommended foundations include 4" concrete pad, compacted gravel base (6" deep), or reinforced deck rated for concentrated weight loads.

Drainage: Position near a drainage area or connect the 1" drain valve to a garden hose for controlled water removal. Ensure proper slope for gravity drainage.

Chiller Installation (Optional): Connect a compatible water chiller to the 3/4" NPT fittings to maintain consistent cold plunge temperatures (39-50°F). Chillers sold separately.

Filling: Use a standard garden hose. Fill time approximately 30-45 minutes depending on water pressure.

How to Use for Contrast Therapy

Cold Plunge Protocol:

1. Fill tub with cold water and ice (target 39-55°F), or use a chiller for consistent temperature
2. Immerse for 2-5 minutes (beginners start with 1-2 minutes)
3. Exit slowly and warm up naturally or move to hot environment

Hot Soak Protocol:
