At Sunflare Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your sauna experience isn't everything you hoped for, you can return your unit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Unit

Carefully disassemble and pack the sauna in its original wooden crates or packaging to ensure all infrared panels and components remain protected during transit.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the shipment directly from your curbside at a scheduled time.

Inspection and Refund

After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
